Ingredients:
Your favorite steak (we always prefer New York Strip)
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the cast-iron skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Once the skillet is hot, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side to get a nice crust.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and baby potatoes.
Season the potatoes with garlic-free seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook the potatoes for about 5 minutes until they start to brown.
Return the steak to the skillet, on top of the potatoes.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve the steak and potatoes hot, and enjoy your delicious allium-free meal!
