High Protein Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons protein peanut butter
1 scoop plant protein blend (vanilla)
1/2 cup frozen bananas
1/2 cup wild blueberries
1 cup almond or oat milk
Instructions:
In a blender, combine organic Greek yogurt, protein peanut butter, plant protein blend, frozen bananas, wild blueberries, and almond or oat milk.
