Italian Seasoning

Allium Safe Chicken and Vegetable Stock / Soup Base
Whenever I thought beef, chicken, or vegetable stock might be safe, I had a strong reaction. I assumed all ingredients had to be listed, so I didn’t understand why I was getting sick. But I found out that’s not always the case.
Allium Safe Mustard
I was shocked to find out that many mustards contain onion or garlic powder or just “spices.” I love mustard and use it to make great marinades. It took a lot of trying different brands, but Maille Dijon Original is safe!
Ground Cumin
A popular spice from dried cumin plant seeds. Warm, earthy flavor with hint of citrus. Add to chili, tacos, curries, soups and marinades. Cumin elevates meat and veggie dishes. This is our staple ingredient in most of our dishes now (we even sprinkle a little in our popcorn!).
Fennel Seed
Fennel seed is a highly aromatic and flavorful seed that comes from the fennel plant, which is a flowering herb native to the Mediterranean region. These seeds are used in cooking to add a warm, sweet, and slightly licorice-like flavor to dishes.
Allium Safe Ketchup
The discovery that there is onion and/or garlic powder hidden in all ketchups truly surprised me. I have always loved ketchup, and we create our best marinades using this beloved condiment. Thankfully, enter (once again) Fody… our absolute Godsend of a company in the world of allium-free living. Now, we can enjoy a normal life again, savoring all the flavors we’ve been missing. It’s delicious, and I can’t recommend it enough!
Allium Safe Pasta Sauces
These delicious sauces… this fantastic brand… you will absolutely never miss garlic and onions in your diet again! Each one is crafted with care to bring out amazing flavors. Be sure to get all four and find your favorite blend that suits your palate best!
Various Sensitive Marinara Sauce
It was early in my allium-free journey when we made this exciting discovery! Mark enthusiastically sent me a photo of Rao’s “Sensitive Marinara” from the grocery store, accompanied by a hilarious “WTF” gif and more exclamation points than I could count.
Allium Safe Medium Salsa (no garlic and no onions!)
My absolute favorite food has always been chips and salsa. When I first discovered I had an allium allergy, the thought of never being able to enjoy my beloved chips and salsa again was incredibly difficult to accept.
