Thankfully, enter (once again) Fody… our absolute Godsend of a company in the world of allium-free living. Now, we can enjoy a normal life again, savoring all the flavors we’ve been missing. It’s delicious, and I can’t recommend it enough!

It was early in my allium-free journey when we made this exciting discovery! Mark enthusiastically sent me a photo of Rao’s “Sensitive Marinara” from the grocery store, accompanied by a hilarious “WTF” gif and more exclamation points than I could count.
Momofuku - Spicy Soy Noodles
This is the only quick noodle or ramen product I’ve managed to find that accommodates an allium allergy. It’s such a relief to discover something that doesn’t contain even a sneaky hint of onion or garlic powder, natural flavoring, or any other hidden spices that could trigger a reaction.

My absolute favorite food has always been chips and salsa. When I first discovered I had an allium allergy, the thought of never being able to enjoy my beloved chips and salsa again was incredibly difficult to accept.
