Momofuku - Spicy Soy Noodles
Quick Noodles - no onion, no garlic
This is the only quick noodle or ramen product I’ve managed to find that accommodates an allium allergy. It’s such a relief to discover something that doesn’t contain even a sneaky hint of onion or garlic powder, natural flavoring, or any other hidden spices that could trigger a reaction. However, please be careful, as only the “Spice Soy Noodles” flavor are allium friendly; the other flavors unfortunately do contain those pesky allergens and should definitely be avoided. I usually get mine at any local Whole Foods; however, you can also conveniently order it on Amazon!
