Tomato Cauliflower Gnocchi

Tomato Sauce Cauliflower Gnocchi Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Whole Foods brand cauliflower gnocchi

  • 1 cup of Fody marinara sauce (you choose your favorite flavor)

  • ½ teaspoon of dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon of dried basil

  • ¼ cup pure lime juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the cauliflower gnocchi according to the package instructions, then set aside.

  2. In a separate saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat.

  3. Add the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Stir well to combine.

  4. Once the sauce is heated through and well combined with the seasonings, add the cooked cauliflower gnocchi to the saucepan.

  5. Gently toss the gnocchi until they are evenly coated with the tomato sauce.

  6. Serve the tomato sauce cauliflower gnocchi hot, garnished with grated cheese if desired.
