Chicken Salad with Balsamic Dijon Dressing Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 large boiled egg, chopped
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup shredded chicken
1/2 cup Champagne sweet tomatoes, halved
Balsamic Dijon Dressing:
2 tablespoons Grade A Dark Amber Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped boiled egg, baby spinach, shredded chicken, and Champagne sweet tomatoes.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Grade A Dark Amber Maple Syrup, Dijon Mustard, and Balsamic Vinegar to make the dressing.
